At one of our get togethers at Jubilee Park at Woodhall Spa we were asked if we'd like to attend their annual charity afternoon organised by the local Poachers motorcycle club; so five of us - Alan, Chris, Geoff. Richard and myself - did. What a fantastic afternoon it turned out to be with warm, dry weather, a buffet that couldn't possibly have been better, and a vast number of bikes ranging in age from the early to late years of last century. All the machines were ridden to the meeting and, hopefully, back to their starting point (although one of our number did run out of fuel on his way home).  I'd never seen such old bikes actually being ridden so it was quite an experience to see and hear them.

So, a wonderful afternoon was had for the price of a contribution to the running of the air ambulance service. I shall certainly look forward to next year.

See you at Willingham Woods a week on Thursday.

two B175s, a C15 and a CB360.
