Thank you Piquet, excellent photos.

It was a very successful meet, thanks, Ken, for organising it.

An excellent turnout of bikes, 10 Bantams, a couple of new bikes to the group, welcome.

And a fair amount of miles ridden to the event, must have been over 600 miles in total.

You obviously won the long distance prize, I hope that you enjoyed your ride home across the Lincolnshire fens. Through 3 counties ? Thanks for your visit.

Regards.

Yep, had a good run in excellent weather, approx 122 miles round trip. Thanks to Ken for organising and thanks to you Chris for homeward guidance thumbs-up

Only fly in the ointment was, despite filling the tank before leaving home, ran out of fuel....................in the next street from home whistle

performed the traditional Bantam manoeuvre 'tip the bike over on the nearside footrest' to slosh the dregs to the other side of the tank and away again, quicker than using my spare 2 litres for the remaining couple of hundred yards!

I'm not a complete idiot ............................................ some parts are missing.

That'll teach you to use a little less throttle next time. whistlerofl

1956 D3 running, lights to sort. 7 other bikes in the Barn. 1950 D1 engine being rebuilt (slowly).

ha, Piquet, heavy fuel consumption is the result of trying to keep up with the D1 !!
