Firstly, thanks to everyone who made it to Bardney on Saturday despite the storm - which, fortunately, wasn't quite as bad as I'd feared; though I did have to change down to third briefly riding into the wind past Cadwell Park. Only two Bantams there but ten people including three new faces as well as seven stalwarts. We spent a very enjoyable couple of hours chatting.

I'd like to propose some more dates for your diary. I've gone for Saturdays as they seem popular and not everybody would be able to make it on a weekday. The dates are as follows ...

March 28th at Bardney - May 9th at Bardney - July 4th at Hagworthingham - August 15th - Wickenby airfield cafe - September 19th at Bardney - October 31st at Bardney.

What's at Hagworthingham?

Sounds good, Ken, I must try harder next time !!

Number6, Rachels Cafe at Hagworthingham, on the A158 road leading out of the village towards Partney roundabout, Spilsby etc. Not the cafe in the village itself.

1951 Bantam D1 125, 1954 Bantam Enduro 125, 1970 Bantam B175, all Bantams on the road and ridden regularly, 1995 Yamaha Diversion 900 and 2016 Honda Integra 750 scooter. Horses for courses, all very different to each other, but a bike for every occasion.

As Chris says; Rachel's Café is just east of Hagworthingham and very good - as is JJ's which is the café in the village. As for Wickenby; I've not been myself but it's been highly recommended by a motorcycling friend. I shall try it out soon.

I'll try to make 28 March altho I'm supposed to be having a w/e away in Rutland, but a route from there is doable on the Sat provided not lashing down or equally silly weather

Apparently the meet is from 10:30 am on? What's the latest anyone stays until?  Assuming anyone is going now, given current events!

I've heard from the Café that they'll be closed. I'd already reluctantly decided to cancel the meeting and hope the situation will have eased for the next one scheduled for May 9th. Ken.
