Hi there from Scotland. Just bought a non running D7 with knackered big end. Bike been lying since 2008 so rebuild is on the cards. Cosmetically fine. Any bantam parts suppliers up here? Or who is recommended? Thanks in advance, Gordon

Not sure where you are going to get a bigend/conrod kit from at the moment.

The guy who used to supply them Rex Caunt is not very well unfortunately.

You could ring Rusty Rooster who is in Wales and ask him...

Tel 01544 239209 he may have some news.

How knackered is it?Would it be possible to get a new set of bearings an rebuild it?

What's 7/16 in mm again?

Alpha Bearings in Dudley still rebuild cranks I believe, had a D10 done in the 1970's.

Four now on the road and at least several in bits.
