Looks very original apart from strange colour ? The Triumph Terrier which was the predecessor to the Tiger Cub had a frame and cycle parts that looked very similar to the plunger Bantams, they came out in 1953 which I think was before Triumph and BSA merged.
Does this new forum allow you to write Triumph and not change to Trumpet ???

Had a look through my collection today though nothing on the Bantam Cub and don't know much about them either probably a good combination with that engine in a later Bantam frame ?

I like the later versions. They even have full weith brake hubs!
