Hi All

At steve's request here ar a couple of the bikes I have rescued over the past couple of years, will post some more when I get the time.

"H"

http://i1271.photobucket.com/albums/jj621/cheb100/leftsided1.jpg~originalhttp://i1271.photobucket.com/albums/jj621/cheb100/D1.jpg~original

This was a bit of a wreck when I first got it, did a story on it in edition 36 of the banter.

http://i1271.photobucket.com/albums/jj621/cheb100/frontleftD3.jpg~original

1956 D3, bought as is apart from I resparayed the tank.

http://i1271.photobucket.com/albums/jj621/cheb100/BlackD7.jpg~original

1963 D7 bought as a total backet case, the first one I rebuilt from scratch.

http://i1271.photobucket.com/albums/jj621/cheb100/mytrailbroncrightside.jpg~originalhttp://i1271.photobucket.com/albums/jj621/cheb100/barneywiththebronc.jpg~original

1963 trail Bronc. current stead, story in edition 39 of the Banter.

http://i1271.photobucket.com/albums/jj621/cheb100/prerestoMAL.jpg~originalhttp://i1271.photobucket.com/albums/jj621/cheb100/afterrest0MAL.jpg~original

1967 D10 three speed , before and after pictures more of a cosmetic job on this one.

http://i1271.photobucket.com/albums/jj621/cheb100/rightsideD10.jpg~original

1967 D10 four speed matching engine and frame numbers, stood idle in the back of a garage for over 20 years, did nothing to it apart from cleaning the carb when i first bought it. ran it for 2 1/2 years as  before selling to Kevin ( former owner of Bournemouth Bantams, now she resides in rural France)

http://i1271.photobucket.com/albums/jj621/cheb100/HowardonD144.jpg~original

Fat git sat on small 1968 D14/4. This bike stood idle for years, spending a portion of it's life in the London Motorcycle Museum. Recommisioned did nothing apart from routine maintanance and ran it for almost 6 years.

I will post some more of the bikes when I find the pics.

Last winter when we did ** Please log in to view ** to la chouffe (small belgium beer brewery) tip-my-hat

Ah La Chouffe brings back fond memories of a great night out in Bruge.

Ive just got myself a basket for my basket case, brilliant for all your Bantam needs. Now no-one asks if its a millitary Bantam, just comment about when Im going to let the pigeons out!** Please log in to view **, on Flickr

Bsonic,

As promised.....if they look like coat hangers from work, it may be that they are....but don't tell anyone. I have now a sheet of ally that I intend to make a plate/s but using the same principles of connections...
