Hi,
Just trying to add a topic which is ok but when I add photos as attachments, I am getting the error :
HTTP Error.
Upload URL might be wrong or doesn't exist.
Am I doing something wrong or is there a system issue ?
Thanks,
Graham.

Hi Graham.
I think that I have had this problem, it depends where the image is coming from. If it is a source that is not on your computer it may generate this error. What I do to insert a picture is to resize it on my PC so that it is smaller than 1Mb and then use the "Attachments" tab at the bottom of the window to drag and drop the file as instructed. I did once use an external re-size picture editor that caused this error but can't remember what it was.
I think it tried to use an external link for some reason. Just as a test I've uploaded the picture below.

Thanks Mike,
There is obviously something about the images that isn't being liked.
They are on the desktop and were resized to about 600KB with Photoshop.
Have recreated them again, but they still won't upload. I managed to upload a photograph of the BSA factory without an issue, so it must be those images.
I'll keep trying as they show the issue with my D1 front wheel reassembly which is what I was doing when I found the problem.
Thanks and regards,
Graham.

Mike,
I've sorted it but puzzled as to the issue.
The original photos had an image size in pixels of 3000 by 4000; when I saved them I reduced the quality so that the final image was around 600kb.
This time I have change the images to 900 by 1200 in pixels but saved at a higher resolution, so the actual file sizes are similar but this time they uploaded !
Either way problem solved but the process might help others.
Regards,
Graham.

Mike,
What puzzled me the most is that when I viewed my post and the images, all the other attachments were actually there but didn't appear until the successful ones were uploaded !
Totally puzzled.
