Hi,

I have tried uploading a video clip here in .avi and mp4 format but the forum won't accept either. What is the required format please?

Easiest way Jack is to upload it onto YouTube - and then simply paste the direct link into a post on here.

Anderzander,

Thanks for the reply. I have loaded the clips onto Youtube and tried to copy and paste the address but it does nothing. I have tried dropping it into the main post area and the attachment area to no avail. There is no option to 'paste' after I copy - photos are not a problem but videos are kaputt!

ADMIN EDIT:-

Click on the share button below the YouTube video, copy & paste the resulting code.

I'm trying to find it on YouTube but I can't seem to.

when you've copied the videos address - start a post below and paste it into where you type the message. You can do that by holding down the control key and pressing V.

if you have trouble with that do a picture of your screen again showing the web address and I will do it here for you.

And another :

Ove never been for a ride in Australia before - now it feels like I have. Sort of a cross between here and the states somehow. Lots of space like the states, but on the right side of the road 😊👍🏻

Thanks guys, seems I was pushing the wrong buttons.

The colour in my clips is a bit strange though - we don't really have purple trees everywhere in Oz. That's the problem with a camera that only cost $12!

Belgrave, where I live, is right on the eastern outskirts of Melbourne in the Dandenong Ranges and is semi bush. As you can see if you are not riding up a hill you are riding down one - not much flat land around here.

The first clip, chook 2 is a quick blat down to the end of my street and back and the second one, chook 4 2 is from Belgrave Fire Station (where I am a volunteer) through the main street of Belgrave and the next town, Tecoma.

Nothing to do with Bantams but a clip of my camera on my RC helicopter just to see if I can get this posting thingo right.

Disappointed Jack!

How about when you get to the roundabout in Belgrave you turn right.

That drive through those Mountain Ash trees toward Monbulk is very pretty. Some of those trees are dead straight hardwood trees that must be 150-200ft high. I am sure some of our UK members would appreciate the view.

I know what your also thinking.............it's a bu99er of a road for the return trip on a Bantam, but the downhill run would be great!

My brother lived in Monbulk for many years so I travelled the road a fair bit.

P.S. I also fly remote control..............

Bones,

I'll head that way next time the chook ventures forth. BTW, I have made it up that hill many times, even up the real steep one from Kallista to Sherbrooke - slow, but steady.

Hi Dave as your title states a D1 overtaking ... thumbs-upnow there's something you don't see every day.

Sounds beautiful...

Gotta ask is that a 125 or have you modified it.? I know you were having some carb issues a while back.

Fuel injector possibly or a Villiers 2T 250 engine swop.rofl.... Pedals perhaps?? or was it just the Police chasing you.

Was that a BMW you overtook, he looked a bit astonished.bravo_gif

all good fun ..regards Bob

D1 overtaking? Had to see it to believe it. The bloke in the Beemer car didn't like it though as I noticed he passed you again.
