Wotcha.

All being well I should be there too.  Not on the Bantam I'm afraid . . . I'm at a rally which is halfway to Stamford Hall, so I will "head home" via Founders Day.

I'll be going by car with a friend, just had a very heavy rain shower, so not sure about dryness of weather for Sunday now.

Four now on the road and at least several in bits.

We went and had a very good day of it, glad we decided to go.

A 'must' type of event I find now for many local and not so local older maybe, bike enthusiasts.

Four now on the road and at least several in bits.

Hi All

I was there too. The Bantam club gazebo was there with a few excellent examples of the 125s on display plus a D7. I was also impressed with the "RG look alike". "Travelling Man" had ridden his B175 to the show which was also there for all to view or as I did, inspect closely to see the finer points of how my B175 should be rebuilt.

Whilst there I bought some light bulbs and other bits to make progress albeit very slow.

B175, on the road. Honda XBR 500, and ....... Suzuki Burgman 200 scoot! Nicknamed "The hair dryer" - by me I hasten to add; & great storage under the seat when you get to your destination.

Yeah. The show was really good. Larger than other years, with a fantastic display of bikes, with loads of them riding around the arena...We had "cake" on the Bantam stand, kindly collected from Ann and Mikes by Dave and his partner so a bit work from the Welsh side again (thanks Dave). The day was overcast and warm  (very nice) then about 4pm the sun burnt through (HOT)... Ice cream, beer and bikes  Great Day...And i got to rev up my bike a few times....Its a very laid back show, as a few folk with interesting bikes just rode in and parked up anywhere they liked and left there loved one for people to enjoy...Great DAy...

Hi. Yes a very good day...enjoyed it very much. Thanks to Dave and John for setting up the stand. Didnt spend much money thank goodness. Yes I rode my Rooster down to the event....no problem. And yes I will be riding it down to the National hopefully with a Todd head on it. Need to finish machining the squish band in it. See you all then...........Mark.
