I wonder can anybody clarify for me...not to clear of the on-line application page.
Is there a few to pay to attend...as I am being directed to a paypal page with the heading Rally Fee.
I have filled in the online form and had an email confirming.
Will we receive tickets in the post to gain entry to the site?
Nick.

Hi Nick,
I can confirm that the entry is free to all paid up members of the Bantam Club. The only fee to pay is for the optional BBQ on the Saturday evening, this is £3 per person and payable when you submit your entry application form.
You will have a pass to gain entry to the event, however rather than incur high postal costs sending them out to members we are adopting the following process as detailed below:
On arrival at the entrance to the event inform the stewards on the gate that you are a member of The Bantam Club, you will be then directed to our gazebo for registration and given a welcome / information pack with your pass included in it.
Regards
Giles.

Hi,
Is there anyway we could publish a loose timetable please?
I am travelling up on the Friday morning early. I was wondering if theirs a timetable for a run out on the Friday? Sat or the Sunday?
Really looking forward to meeting you all at the show. Dragging my oily rag B175 up on a trailer.

Hope there is.
Means I can put an extra days leave in, and have a laugh on the Bantam. As it is I'm dragging up a few bantams on the Friday, be a shame if I had to call my B&B and book a night earlier, and drag them up on the Thursday night 😉
Looking forward to it !!!
