A chance to show of your bike ...

I’m asking for a big favour from you all. As mentioned in a previous E-mail we've got a spot at the Classic Bike show at the Ally Pally (Alexander Palace to the Posh People out there!) in North London on the Weekend of 20 and 21st April 2013. We’ve never done this show before so it’s experimental for the club but I need about 6 Bantams to be transported to and displayed at the show on both days. I need to know in advance who is coming so PLEASE could you tell me whether you can make your Bantam(s)available by , say, the 22nd March so I can plan our strategy.

Thanks for listening!

Cheers

Pete

On a more serious note my Bantam is used to deliver urgent supplies of blood and other products at night for SERV. I could arrange for it to have a blood box and cover fitted for display (& clean it up a little).

SERV is a charitable organisation run on a voluntary basis and is completely dependant on donations to fund its operations (accomodation, equipment, some vehicles etc). It is organised on a regional basis and I am in the South London and Surrey section which is the busiest in the country. If you are willing I would like to hand out their leaflets and make a collection for them from your stand.

You may have seen their displays at the Kempton Shows.

Regards, Peter

I've spoken to Andrew Greenwood and he advises that he is likely to postpone the show until 7/8 September due to the major manufacturers attending other events on that weekend

Hi all when you look at the Ally Pally show website it still says 20 & 21 april but when you look on Andrew Greenwoods website it says 7 & 8 sept so I suspect its been put back for some reason. Regards Basil.dunno
