Hi Roy

The engine is 1952 and went with frame 76183 despatched to Cundles of Liverpool

I've located frame numbers either side of 3121 and these date you frame to 27/12/48

I hope this helps

Thanks

Tim

Hi,

Did they do plungers as early as ‘48?

Thanks everyone for your comments,I have the registration number for the bike, records show it was first registered in Liverpool in 1950 I realise that is not necessarily when it was built.

Hi Tim,yes I'm doing OK now recovering well enough to get back in the garage, thanks for asking, and for checking the bikes details

Cheers
