Had a look at dating tables and would love any confirmation. Annoyingly it looks like a weld repair has part occluded the frame number.

Pulled out from under a friend's house where it sat for 40 years, put away after he competed it at 17 in a local hill climb! (he is a blind optimist!)!

We had a spark for a moment then it died! I am pretty sure the mag/gen is wipac?

Thanks. We're planning another Aussie oily rag resto so his GF can ride it! There is the obligatory box of cycle parts which seems to have most the needed parts in it!

Peter

Hi

At a quick glance the Frame number should be YD1 32571  that went with engine 31405YD .

I will have a look at the BSA despatch books tomorrow and confirm this

thanks
