Have recently bought what I think is a D7. However it was clearly off-road for a while and then re-registered as a T reg (1978?). The important numbers are Engine number ED7B24033 and Frame number D729998. There are some hybrid features - there is a Tricon dip/horn/kill switch but the kill button doesn't work because it isn't wired up, as one example. I know little about Bantams yet and have little technical expertise so there may be other things that don't add up.
Anyway, can anyone identify the bike or tell me anything about it?
Looking forward to your intelligence as I don't have much!

Your machine left the factory on the 21st February 1962, the engine and frame are the original pairing. The machine was sent to a dealer in Huddersfield, and it is/was a battery model in black.
Current bikes......1958 D5, a 77 Suzuki GT250 and a B175 almost ready for the road and a 76 Honda C90 in the workshop. A 1980 Honda CB400N now on the road and my everyday ride is a 2011 Harley Davidson Sportster. All bikes (except the D5) are now for sale...
