Hi chaps...I'm looking to remove some 'undated' tyres from my b175 and see that 90/90 x 18 is said to be equivelent to the original 3.00 x 18 is that the case...any advise will be welcomed...if so what would the 3.25 x 18 size be in metric and will they fit?? or advise on where to buy tyres from..?

I haven’t fitted new tyres to my B175 yet but I will be fitting Avon Streetrunners soon. I am sticking with 3.00 x 18 on the rear but going down on the front slightly with the 80/90 (2.75) x 18. Other members who have fitted will no doubt chip in soon. You do have to watch mudguard clearance so not sure how you would get on with a 3.25 x18. Do you particularly want the retro look or do you just want the best gripping tyres.

Ha....well thats narrowed it down...what about the size ...perhaps I will stay with the 3.00 x 18...3.25 x 18 to save the worry....what do you think?
