Has anyone used the Genuine BSA NOS piston rings which Kidderminster motorcycles are selling? I know other suppliers (including Rex)  do the MCA repro ones but interested if anyone has had some from Kidderminster

Cheers

Alan

I know Rex occasionally gets NOS rings but most of his I believe are imported pattern ones.
if you have a genuine BSA piston then genuine rings are the way to go.
I tried pattern ones (40 thou over) ones and they were not a good fit in the piston grooves.
If they are genuine NOS they should be fine. Also try AutoCycle in Netherton, Dudley (advertise in OBM).
