Hi everyone.  A couple of weeks ago I read a post which explained the 'spring' inside the throttle control on the handlebar.  Cannot find it now I need it.  Can anyone point me in the right direction please.  I need to know how it works, and what size of screw holds it in place and adjusts it or will any screw work?. Thanks.

throtal   body    this tiny  thing  is  serposed to stay on  its   screw  but  usly  gos  walkabout   .., the screw & spring  puts drag  on the  rotor  if you ajust it to do  that   OR  NOT   up to you

It's so you can take your hand off to do a right turn hand signal without the throttle snapping shut. laugh

Thanks Sunny.  Would any screw work?  Nut on the outside I presume.  Anyone got a photo of it in place?

Thanks Julian.  Hope you did not take your controls to bits for that photo, need 2 pairs of hands to put it together.  Do you just have an ordinary screw underneath to adjust it.

The screw has a slightly hollowed end which is peened over to retain it in the spring. This is what it looks like on the other sie though you have to imagine the lock nut. Photos taked some time ago!IMG_1233.JPG

I thought that would be it.  Have found 2 of them but of course the wrong size.  At least I know what I am looking for.
