Has anyone any experience of the sleeved down barrel that was sold by the original T and C motorcycles. I have had one for 25years and have never been able to get it to run properly. I tried rejetting the card several times and gave up 20 years ago when I passed my test. Last year I thought I would try again so I rebuilt a D7 bottom end and had the head skimmed 60thou and tried a smaller carb but it really isn't much better.

Hi Mike, at least you've been patient with it 🙂 Oddly enough, we were discussing this a couple of weeks ago and someone was desperate to get their hands on said conversion kit. If I were you, I'd offload it pronto and get a 175 barrel.
