HI everyone. I've recently acquired a 1953 D1 Plunger which I am currently stripping back to base metal for an eventual respray.
i have found that the bike has at some point in its history had a front end shunt and the frame is bent around the area of the yoke.
Does anyone know a where I can get hold of a detailed frame setup drawing. I have checked extensively on the web and there only appears to be later model drawings available.

Looks like a very complete project and it looks great in bare metal.
It clearly shows in the picture where you need to straighten the frame, I don't think you would need any plans, as a good long straight edge would show you where it is bend, a good fabricating shop should easily straighten the frame if you can't do it your self.
Good luck, let us know how you go.
