Hi ive been doing some final touches to my d7........the engine had been rebuilt by the previous owner........ive just noticed the front sprocket has got a slight wave in it ..........dont know if this is normal ?

If the front sprocket has a wave in it (I assume you mean buckled?) it is going to be very bad for the primary chain.
