Does anyone know any simple ways to increase the performance of a 150cc D3 Bantam? I have read removing the cylinder head lip to increase compression is a good start.
Also does anyone know where I can read the George Todd articals "boost your bantam" printed years ago.
I dont want to turn the old girl into a drag racer, but a little extra urge up hills would be nice.

While it's possible to make some improvements to your D3, I'd think your best option is to find a D7 engine to put in instead.
It'll give a better spread of power than tuning your 150 & it means you can change back to standard any time you like.
