As stated earlier, more information needed. Two things quickly spring to mind. Firstly try a crankcase drain, that is undo the smaller of the two drain plugs at the bottom of the engine. If the engine has been flooded and the crankcase has fuel in it, it will be difficult if not impossible to start.
Secondly replace the spark plug.
