Hellow to all im not having alot of sucesses ..The prob now i have is when i engage gear and pull the clutch in when you try to spin the rear wheel it still tries to turn the motor over..wont disengage .What do you thing would be the problum   Made a new gasket and assambled the .clutch corectly  .the motor runs nicely  .Before i start to look deeper into it i would like your advice .Regards John Schicker

hi  John    all  bantams   do  that   ,,  kickstart  in  NUTRAL    with the  cluch  in  and  it  also  terns  the  motor

What happens if you try and put it into gear with the motor Running and the clutch pulled in and the bike off the stand ?

If it stalls or makes a horrible noise
the clutch is not disengaging correctly
either the operating mechanism, cable, push rods, ball bearing etc are not allowing the plates to separate or the they are stuck together
or the clutch centre pinion (20) in the photo is jammed and not rotating freely and independently from the outer chainwheel
with gears in Neutral position
