Am just starting my rebuild and the inner cone of one of my headset bearings seems to have a few chunks missing.  IIRC when I stripped it there were a few balls missing. I ordered replacements and was supplied with taper rollers  which take up a lot more in depth,  so stick out further  in depth .
They are 25x48x15 bearings but look as if they have been ground out to fit the 1"    (25.4 ) mm shaft

My own  two cups and one cone are not bad so if I could get a single cone  that would do me .
Does anyone have a cup , or a whole headset , languishing  in their garage or any Ideas where I should go to find one.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions

If the cup or cone is not too damaged, you can sometimes re-use it by turning it through 180 degrees. ie Putting the 'front' to the 'back' of the column.

Personally I think taper rollers are way overkill on a Bantam, especially a D1.
