The TYMC Dales Run is on 9th June, for machines pre 1973, the N Yorks area rep tiggy will give you more info, it`s pre book advisable and is a run of about 90 miles starting from Witton Castle  thumbs-up

Do you know what time it starts, and is it worth me turning up in the mini to have a look about and a chat?

Sorry for late reply, been away for a while, there are usually half a dozen bantams there + lots of other nice bikes, 10.00 is the start time with a lunch break at mickleton

In that case I had better get the mini fixed so I can come over and have a goosey.

If you can`t make the start have a ride to mickleton village hall at lunchtime, there is a compulsory hour break , lot`s of good food available !!

6 bantams completed the run today, my total miles covered were 144, others did more if they were further from the start, some chuffing great big hills, eg crawleyside bank,  a grand day out as they say well organised by tiggy the n yorks rep, thanks

Goodish weather, ie it was dry ! as soon as we got back to the start it was suddenly very sunny, two other riders on a bmw and a triumph told me i was doing 70 mph at some points !! (downhill i might add) only 65 on the level, this year there were less riders than usual, not sure why, must have been something else on nearby, it`s well worth going to........
