Hi,

I've added a December Date to the Regional Meet Diary.

Sunday Morning the 4th December 11.30am At the Cross Keys Pub Upwood.

** Please log in to view **: 39 High St, Upwood, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire PE26 2QE

Why not pop along ? Jump in the car, the bike and come and say hello. People from other areas and regions are very welcome, in fact everyone's welcome !!!!

I'm afraid it'll be Mince Pie Free, and the Bacon rolls, with teas and coffee will be available.  I'm planning to be on the B175, which is my rolling restoration.  It's had a bespoke loom, Bones CDI and a few other tasteful mods fitted.

If your Bantams being restored, in storage, or your interested in these little bikes then please make the effort to come along and say hello.

were a friendly bunch, and all learning from one another about these wonderful machines.

Todays meet of the Regional BSA Bantam Club, Cambs & Rutland. Due to the poor response of the regional membership I opened the invite up to 4 local Motorcycle Clubs. 38 bikes turned up to see the three bantams, and mine on the trailer. Lovely morning. ( 20 members  emailed, all websites, and social media sites published from that effort four emails were received from regional members saying they were unable to attend - rest no response. Only me and one other from the Region, other bantams shown on this video are not Club members)

Looks like you had a good time Dave. You just have to keep organising and advertising, I'm sure you will get more members to attend, specially when the weather warms up.

Current bikes......1958 D5,  and a 76 Honda C90 in the workshop.

Hi Dave

that's what I found too - invite all the Bantam Club members and a few others who dabble in allsorts. Inevitably all the dabblers turn up (you never know what they'll be riding so that's always a bonus) plus the 3 or 4 hardcore Bantam owners near me in East Devon out of 40+ members. Nowadays I invite all and sundry!
