i have fitted a electrex ignition system on 6v and works very well. Starts first time.

I have now put in a new wiring loom and the wiring diagram uses positive earth v+.

will the two systems work hand in hand or will I have to swap polarity of either system.

You don't say what bike?

Four now on the road and at least several in bits.

Doesn't really matter what bike, or which kit, both generator kit and the rest of the system have to match so the whole system is either positive or negative earth. It will depend upon what Electrex recommend or have supplied.
