Pics and specs for above part which appears rarely. I'm rebuilding a '51 D1 and thought that this might be of some help to someone before I install it. I got this one with some other rare bits, sent from Australia!  Perhaps someone with a lathe would fancy turning off a few...... 🙂

OD is 1.862 " ID is 3/4 " 6mm thick including step. Step on mine is 0.5mm.

The following from an old post by Jess Steele .... Thanks, Jess

Here's one of a few i have, there made out of an alloy, the width is 6.mm including the step and just over 5.mm on the outside edge, which makes the step about 3/4 of a mil....

And here's another interesting variation on the theme. Not to generate another 5bhp but rather to aid with lubricating that main bearing tucked in behind there. Still in the "test" stages at present, so don't take it as gospel....wildun-crank-2.jpg
