TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

ALL EXHIBITS MUST BE PRE-ENTERED – ENTRY ON THE DAY IS NOT PERMITTED.

Exhibits should be at least 25 years old – newer exhibits of exceptional interest may be considered by the organisers. Space limitations may restrict the number of exhibits accepted in some sections.

Site opens from 10am on Thursday unless prior arrangements have been made.

Exhibitors must be on site both days by public opening time – 10.00am– and remain until 5pm

All exhibitors must declare that their exhibits must be covered by Public Liability insurance of not less than £2,000,000. (For vehicle exhibits, this is usually covered by Motor Vehicle insurance – please check your policy).

The Road Traffic Act applies on site to all road vehicles. Drivers must have a valid driver’s licence and vehicle insurance.

Steam powered exhibits must have a valid certificate of boiler insurance & Sparks and Ashes cover for not less than £100,000.

Exhibitors must bring documentary proof of compliance with the above insurance requirements to the rally. The organisers reserve the right to inspect these documents on demand and withdraw permission to display if necessary.

A speed limit of 5mph applies throughout the site. Vehicle movement is restricted unless otherwise instructed by rally organisers.

Carriage of passengers on tractors is expressly forbidden unless designed to do so.

Only vehicles accepted as exhibits will be allowed on the display fields during show opening times. All other vehicles must be moved to the public car park or other designated parking area unless expressly permitted by the relevant section organiser.

In accordance with the Smoke Free (Premises and Enforcements) Regulations 2006, all marquees, toilets and other relevant enclosed structures are deemed to be No Smoking areas.

All dogs must be kept on a lead. Please do not allow your dog to foul the site without clearing up behind them.

Pre-booked Public Camping is allowed for the weekend from Friday am.

Camping is permitted only in the designated camping area unless the caravan or tent has been accepted as an exhibit. Please indicate if you need a camping pass.

Please make sure that noise is kept to a minimum between the hours of 23:00 and 07:00. Please show courtesy to your neighbours when using camping generators.

Exhibitors must comply with any other terms, conditions, instructions, directions displayed / given by Organisers / Marshals.

The organisers reserve the right to exclude anyone from the site who fails to comply with these terms & conditions. In the event of a dispute the Event Organisers decision is final.

Exhibitors leave their vehicles on site at their own risk.
